Karachi (2017-2022)

Dolmen Sky Towers

Dolmen City, a multi-purpose development, began its journey in 1988 and has now transformed into a 17-storied Executive Tower, a Shopping Mall, a 19-storied Harbor-Front and two 38-storied Sky Towers, which comprise Dolmen City. This project is a testimony of 35 years of FND’s lasting relationship with the Dolmen Group. FND designed the MEP system for Dolmen City with many firsts- a 3 million sft covered area, two central chilled water plants with a connected load of 14,000-tons; 9 MW of electrical demand; and Pakistan’s first automated ductless basement ventilation system. Safety features include NFPA-compliant fire suppression systems with FND’s pioneering Integrated Life Safety System.

Karachi (2020)

HMR – Plot-02

At the Arabian Sea’s edge, a sanctuary of luxury and
elegance known as HMR Waterfront is being
constructed for high-end living. FND is currently
working on 3 plots on this Waterfront.
Plot 2 is an office building having 1.15 million sft
consisting of 3 basements and 37 floors. The MEP
system designed by FND consist of 3 centrifugal
chillers providing 2,700 TR cooling capacity, an
automatic water-based fire suppression system
with sprinklers, and an electrical system with a maximum demand of 5 MW. The building is fully automated with a BMS system.

H1 Tower

Overseeing the Arabian Sea, HMR Waterfront embodies refined living with 16 luxury residential buildings within a gated community. FND is currently working on 3 plots on this Waterfront. H1 Tower has a covered area of 855,000 sft, with 2 basements and 36 floors. The top 30 floors house high-end apartments, served by a robust infrastructure with a 3-MW demand load, 100% redundant power, VRF-based air conditioning, a fully sprinklered fire protection system, and an integrated life-safety system.

Lahore (2016)

Forest V

In Lahore’s bustling area of Jail Road, Forest V is designed to house very high-end apartments. With a covered area of 515,000 sft with 3 basements and rising to 23 floors, the MEP design has been challenging due to each apartment being designed as a bespoke apartment with private balconies & miniature gardens to provide a unique living experience. All this bespoke design is backed by state-of-the art MEP systems with special emphasis on Life Safety – a hallmark of FND’s MEP designs.
