Karachi (2013- 2025)
Indus Hospital
The Indus Hospital is a charitable
hospital pioneered by Dr. Abdul Bari
Khan, a well-known cardiac surgeon
and philanthropist.
The architectural masterplan of the
hospital was designed by CPG from
Singapore while ARCOP is
designing the project to
completion. FND was entrusted
with the electrical design which has
been designed to be code
complaint, safe & redundant as
required for hospitals. When
completed this project will be a
1350-bed university hospital, with
the inaugural phase having
500-beds with expected completion
in 2024.
Karachi (2011-2012)
Civil Hospital-Gynae Ward
The Dow Alumni of 1982 donated four Gynae Operation Theatres at Civil
Hospital, and commissioned FND to design the HVAC System. The project
had constraints of space and equipment location, and FND designed an
external platform to house the four AHUs with air-cooled condensing units,
with a total capacity of 50 TR.
Karachi (2004-2005)
AKU-Clifton
AKU Clifton is the first satellite of the Aga Khan Hospital. A 35,000 sft project
designed by DGP with FND providing consultancy for MEP and Fire
Suppression, was recognized by AKU for the economical solutions and
high-quality by the architectural and engineering team.
Other projects for AKU include Operating Rooms, Faculty Office Building,
Patient Wards, and Extension & Upgrading Works in the Main Kitchen—projects
that showcase FND’s excellence and impact on the healthcare landscape.
