The Getz ASTOLA Pharma Project has an overall covered area of 1.5 million sft & is going to the
largest Pharma Plant in Pakistan.
FND is responsible
for the following works:
1.
Complete HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Suppression
& Electrical services for the Main Plant in Utility Block.
2.
Complete Electrical Works for the whole
project including power distribution, lighting, IBMS, Switchgear & stand-by
Gensets.
3.
Complete Fire Suppression Works.
4.
Design of Effluent Treatment Plant &
complete drainage works.
5.
Design of Water Supply plant along with RO
with battery limit to each building.
6.
Design of Oil Storage & distribution
system.
7.
The project is expected to be completed in
2017.
